Rotary Quenching Furnace Application :
The rotary quenching furnace is mainly used for quenching, tempering, annealing, and other heat treatment of bicycle,sewing machine parts, standard parts, steel ball bearings, rollers, nails, screws and other small parts.
The rotary quenching furnace has the characteristics such as: good uniformity of furnace temperature, simple operation,simple maintenance, low energy consumption and energy saving.

Rotary Quenching Furnace Structure
This furnace composed of a furnace body, rotating mechanism, tilting device, control system, drip gas supply system and so on.
The advantage of this series of products is that the heat treatment quality of the parts is uniform, can be used in one furnace, high productivity, easy operation and maintenance.
Rotating and tilting device of rotary quenching furnace
The rotating and tilting device is composed of motor, reduction gear box, large and small sprocket, chain, etc., The tilt angle can be adjusted as needed.
Dropping and gas supply system
The liquid medium and ammonia gas are respectively introduced from the two pipe joints on the side of the instillator.
The amount of the liquid is metered through the observation hole and the flow rate of the ammonia gas measured by the flow meter.
Exhaust gas is discharged from the front door and burned and the workpiece is loaded and unloaded from the furnace door.
